Jimmy hails from the Land Down Under. A gun swimmer, Jimmy has always felt at home in the water, but he was more used to following the black line than chasing waves. That was until he really caught the surfing bug while living on the North Shore of Oahu 10 years ago, where he got his first taste of surf instructing. He loves a frothy cappuccino as much as frothing on waves. A larrikin with a big old smile, and semi-professional merchant of stoke, Jimmy loves to surf with anyone and everyone, making their lessons memorable and full of laughs. Seeing the joy that surfing brings others is his favourite part of the job, and he truly believes that there is never a bad time to take up surfing! He loves riding longboards and mid-lengths, digging the style of the early surf pioneers.
